No more back-and-forth with the calendar - arrange meetings even if you're not at work
We've all become used to the time-consuming, old fashioned way of setting a meeting with your customer.
"How about Wednesday at 12", you say. "No", says the client, "I can't do Wednesday. How about Friday?" "No good", says you, "I don't work Fridays"... and so on. Tedious at best and time consuming at worst.
There is a better way. Ask your customers to visit your website and pick a day and time suitable for them. How? Well, we'll install an app for you that, together, we have configured with your working hours or availability, so when the visitor on your website wants to make an appointment, they can only choose from those days and times. You can integrate your own calendar so that if you have a dentist appointment on Thursday at 2pm, your clients will not be able to book that time with you.

From this page, new and existing clients can schedule a phone call, a set-time real-life meeting (i.e. a 30 minute introductory meeting or a 60 minute product evaluation meeting etc.) or even a Zoom meeting.
We have integrated our Zoom account so when a client makes an appointment for a Zoom meeting, a Zoom will automatically be created, and the client will get an email with the (secure) Zoom link already embedded.
And all this happens behind the scenes, while you are washing your hair or grilling burgers on the barbecue!
There are a number of apps on the market that can do this for you but we have been looking at Bookafy - https://www.bookafy.com/
There is a free version and a ‘Pro’ version. The benefit of the Pro version is that you get the calendar integrations and you can integrate with your Google, iCal, iCloud, Office 365 or Exchange calendar. Here at IWD we think that is worth the £7 per month cost!
You can integrate your Stripe account and take payments for services at the time of booking.
If you run classes, you will appreciate the Group booking feature available on the Pro plan.
