Professional email simply means an email address that is linked to your domain. So, in our case, because our domain is www.islandwebdesign.co.uk, our professional email address can be info@islandwebdesign.co.uk. Or admin@, or orders@, or hello@, or even your name...



This looks a lot more professional than a Gmail or Hotmail account and is infinitely more secure. Microsoft has a habit of arbitrarily deciding that certain servers are bad news and will treat any emails from those servers as spam. Mostly, the senders are not aware of this, and you will never see the email because it has been routed to your spam folder. A customer ignored and a sale lost!

Once you have chosen your package, we can manage all your email hosting and management. We can set up your mail boxes, install mail clients on your computers and set up your emails on your smart phone. There is small extra charge per mailbox - please get in touch for a full quote. Or, if you know your way around your mail client, or prefer to manage your email using a web browser, we can just let you have the configuration details and you're off!
